Stage 2 Lessons are aimed at nearly swimmers and are available as a group of five daily 30 minute sessions, Monday to Friday.
Or one to one personal training.
Available during school holidays.

- Must be over 60
- Uunder 18 or
- In full time education a valid student card must be presented.
Pool Admissions Policy
- Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+)
- -1 adult to 2 children under 8 (or children above this age who cannot swim or are weak swimmers)
Adult Gym & Adult Fitness Classes
- Must be over 14 years of age
- Junior gym is for age 8 to 14 year olds
- Toddler & Junior activities have ages noted.
