For all abilities from 14 years of age we have a wide range of fitness classes including Fitness Yoga, Pilates, Circuits, Legs, Bums & Tums and Bootcamp.
Reach you fitness and weight targets with some extra direction and encouragement from a personal trainer.
We believe that the ageing process can be controlled with increased physical activity including swimming, cardio & strength building exercises, and classes such as pilates and yoga.
A comprehensive range of cardio, functional and cable machines plus free weights and exercise accessories.
Our gym membership gives you full access to the gym & lifestyle programs 7 days a week.

Initial Gym Induction is the first step to becoming a gym member, once you have completed an induction and agreed on the membership plan a card will be issued to be used.
The induction involves gathering a few details, an explanation of the memberships available, a tour of the facilities and explanation of the equipment and how to use it plus a short trial on each machine.
The induction gives you the chance to ask any questions you may have and clarify any concerns regarding exercise, toning and strengthening.
Must be booked and paid for in advance, required for gym membership.

- In full time education a valid student card must be presented.
Adult Gym & Adult Fitness Classes
- Must be over 14 years of age
- Junior gym is for age 11 to 13 year olds
- Toddler & Junior activities have ages noted.
