For all abilities from 14 years of age we have a wide range of fitness classes including Fitness Yoga, Pilates, Circuits, Legs, Bums & Tums and Bootcamp.
Reach you fitness and weight targets with some extra direction and encouragement from a personal trainer.
We believe that the ageing process can be controlled with increased physical activity including swimming, cardio & strength building exercises, and classes such as pilates and yoga.
A comprehensive range of cardio, functional and cable machines plus free weights and exercise accessories.
Our gym membership gives you full access to the gym & lifestyle programs 7 days a week.

Program Session
Program Session whether an absolute beginner or seasoned arhlete a program session will probably be best value investment ever.
The Program Session includes a review of where you are physically, your targets, aims and objectives and then agree a 12 week training plan focused on your requirements.
The session is carried out with a fully qualified physical trainer with the knowledge and experience to create a structured plan that will help with your disciplines in the gym and fitness classes.
You may be targeting weight loss, weight & bulk gain, toning, increasing muscle and strength or a combination whatever your needs a personalised plan will be agreed.
A review is completed at the end of 12 weeks.
Must be booked and paid for in advance and is open to gym members.
